What is a Project?

A Project is your top-level workspace. It groups related researches, interviews, participants, files, and settings for a specific product, team, or client.

What is a Research?

A Research is an individual study inside a project. It defines the goals, audience, language, and questions, runs the AI-led interviews, and stores the recordings, transcripts, and summarized insights.

How does Askiva billing work for monthly and annual plans?

Choose monthly or annual for the Pro plan. Subscriptions renew automatically and are processed securely via Dodo Payments. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime with prorated charges applied.

Which payment methods are supported?

We support major credit and debit cards, popular digital wallets, and selected local payment options depending on your region.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. You can switch plans or cancel whenever you need. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Eligible refunds are processed through Dodo Payments and reflected on your original payment method.

What does “N interviews per month” include?

Only completed interviews count toward your monthly limit. Canceled or unfinished sessions are not counted.

What does “Up to N core questions” mean?

The cap applies to your scripted core questions. The AI handles introductions, warm up, follow ups, and closing without using that quota.

What is Advanced Edit?

A control panel to fine tune the AI interviewer. Adjust persona style, emotion level, speaking rate, sensitive topic warning, backchannel and interruptions, auto language adapt, answer length guard, and silence handling.

What is AI Brand Customization?

The AI presents itself as your company, not Askiva. The agent introduces your brand in emails and calls, matching your corporate identity.

Where are AI interviews hosted?

Currently on Zoom. Askiva generates the meeting link and shares it automatically with participants.

Does Askiva recruit participants or do we add our own?

Use your own participant base for now by uploading XLS or CSV files. We partner with User Interviews and a native integration is coming soon.
